Pathway Description

Energetics is the more intuitive side of my work. We begin by checking in with what’s bringing you to the session and anything you’d like to focus on, before moving into the energetic work itself. A session may include chakra scanning, energetic clearing, cord cutting, ritual, guided meditation and intuitive practices, depending on what comes forward as we work. You might notice sensations, emotions, memories or imagery, or you may simply experience a sense of stillness or deep rest. We can pause, talk about what you’re noticing and allow the session to take shape from there.
