Meet Stace
For more than fifteen years, my work has centred around the body. I began in remedial and therapeutic bodywork and somewhere along the way, my curiosity grew beyond muscles, movement and physical tension. I became interested in the person within the body ... our experiences, the things we carry, the ways we respond and what can sometimes be difficult to put into words.
That curiosity led me to counselling, somatic approaches and energetics. Not as one blended way of working, but as three distinct areas of practice that now sit alongside one another under SE Collective Holistic Therapies.
While each has its own purpose, boundaries and approach, there is something that remains consistent in the way I work: curiosity, presence and respect for the person in front of me.
I don't believe my role is to have all the answers or to decide where you should be going. I'm much more interested in what happens when we become curious about what is already there ... what you're noticing, what matters to you and what your own experience might be asking you to pay attention to.
Whether you meet me through bodywork, holistic counselling or energetics, you'll find a different practice ... but the same person behind it.
