Pathway Description
Energetic Bodywork is a space to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. Sessions blend energy work, intuitive guidance and somatic awareness, creating space for stillness, reflection and whatever is asking to be acknowledged. Together, we gently orient to what is present, allowing the session to unfold in response to your intentions and where you are in that moment. Some people experience a sense of clarity, release or deep rest; others simply leave feeling more connected to themselves.
